Wanted: Locations for MPI-New England Meetings

How would you like to showcase your meeting facility to the entire membership of MPI-New England?  You will have this opportunity by hosting one of our events or monthly educational meetings. There are also plenty of opportunities to host smaller committee meetings.

Those benefits include recognition on signage, the MPI/NE and MPIWEB.org web pages, marketing materials and customized visibility, depending on the sponsorship opportunity.

MPI/NE is the eighth largest MPI Chapter in the world and represents five New England states (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont).  Membership is comprised of corporate, association and independent meeting professionals and industry suppliers. In addition, MPI/NE has numerous advertising venues to put your company in front of our members. 

If your company is interested in supporting MPI/NE and would like to obtain exposure to nearly 800 New England industry professionals and more than 23,300 meeting professionals across the globe, we have created sponsorships where benefits are provided based on your level of investment.

Designated hosts are asked to provide a degree of complimentary services to the Chapter in return for the opportunity to showcase their individual venue as a meeting/event destination.  The host facility should view this as an opportunity to demonstrate the high quality of its services, layout, food and beverage, and any unique aspects of its operation that would be of great interest and use to meeting professionals.  In working closely with the members of the Chapter’s Programming Committee and the MPI/NE staff, the host facility will be provided with great latitude to present itself in an extremely positive manner, including time at the podium if desired.

Each year, MPI/New England conducts meetings throughout the New England region at partnering sites that mutually benefits both organizations.
