Recipe: CBI Lobster Roll

The Classic CBI Lobster Roll- Serves 4-5

Lobster Roll Dressing


2 cups                     Mayonnaise

1 ¼ cups                 Sour Cream (10 0z)

1 ½ tbs                    Fresh Lemon Juice

2 tbs                        Dijon Mustard

2 tbs                        Parsley Minced

¾ tsp                       Celery Salt

1/3 tsp                     Kosher Salt

1 cup                       Celery (peeled and small diced)

¼ cup                      Shallots (minced with a knife)

Mix all ingredients to combine

Lobster Salad

2 lbs                         Lobster Meat Chunks

13 oz                        Lobster Roll Dressing

Gently fold dressing and lobster meat together.

Butter and toast a brioche roll lightly.
