Summary
Have
you ever wondered if you're truly making the right
food and beverage choices for your event? Is what
you're selecting right for your audience, and does
it enhance the overall attendee experience? Whether
the highlight of a gala evening, or a complement
to an educational program, the right choices in
food and beverage can make or break an event's success.
Participate in this fun interactive program as we
learn how to work within budgetary constraints to
make great menu selections that will leave your
attendees "wanting seconds" with a positive
impression of both the venue and the event.
After
participating in this program, you will learn about
the latest trends in F&B and how they've been
received by today's event attendees, how to keep
your F&B selections without blowing your budget,
as well as how to make menu selections that will
stimulate attendees and will correlate with the
goals and objectives of the event.
The
second portion of the program will be an interactive
culinary team building experience facilitated by
TeamBonding. For those interested in taking part
in this fun-filled exercise, teams will be formed
by the trainers and then the groups will begin creating
their own dessert masterpieces. Oh, and by the way,
no recipes are given to the teams-inspiration, creativity,
collaboration, and trust in each other rule this
process!
