Administrative Coordinator

•Administrative Coordinator for the CURRENT EMPLOYER supporting three physicians and two fellows. Support function includes scheduling, correspondence, travel planning, expense reconciliation, credentialing.
•Responsible for various department programs:
-CURRENT EMPLOYERs: resident elective program for students interested in international health and humanitarian assistance. Program Manager reporting to the director some responsibilities include course planning, travel planning, web and print design.
-CURRENT EMPLOYER: post graduate medical fellowship program. Program Coordinator reporting to director responsible for supervision of recruitment program, interview scheduling, web and print design, as well as general support for 2 fellows.
